Relief Overnight Bell Person (P/T) (1)
He/she will assist guests with their luggage and will distribute all guest faxes and special deliveries. He/she will also drive the hotel shuttle, will be responsible for taking, preparing and delivering room service orders and will patrol the hotel and its grounds throughout their shift. He/she will work two graveyard and three daytime Bell Person shifts per week. The ideal candidate must have a clean DMV record and must be able to multi-task with limited supervision.

Bell Person (F/T) (1)
He/she will assist guests with their luggage and will deliver all guest faxes and packages. He/she will also drive the hotel shuttle, will be responsible for taking, preparing and delivering room service orders and will patrol the hotel and its grounds throughout their shift. The ideal candidate must have a clean DMV record and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Restaurant & Lounge Supervisor (P/T) (1)
Responsible for providing leadership to the Duck Club, In-Room Dining and Lounge associates while ensuring the ultimate guest experience. He/she will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in the Duck Club while providing guidance and support to the staff to ensure all standards of service are being followed. Previous experience in an upscale food and beverage operation is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Experience with Micros is a plus.

Bus Person (P/T- PM) (1)
This individual is responsible for setting and clearing tables in the Duck Club, as well as assisting the restaurant servers as needed. Previous experience is preferred. He/she must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Prep Cook - (P/T) (1)
Prepares sauces, dressing and preps food needed in the Duck Club to meet high quality food standards. Sets-up, restocks and maintains food preparation areas, while adhering to recipes including specific knife cuts and correct cooking procedures. Will also cooks meals according to individual tickets according to specification. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be able to communicate in English. 2+ years Culinary experience is required.

Banquet Cook – (O/C) (1)
Prepares food needed for Banquet events to meet high quality food standards. Sets-up, restocks and maintains food preparation areas, while adhering to recipes, including specific knife cuts, correct cooking procedures and plating techniques. Cooks meals according to banquet event orders in accordance with specifications. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be able to communicate in English. 2+ years culinary experience is preferred.

Lounge Server (P/T: 1AM & 1PM) (2)
Serves food & alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the Lounge to ensure the Hotel's high quality standards are met. Must have 2+ years prior service experience. Must have excellent customer service skills and must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner. Must have strong food and beverage knowledge. Micros and Open table experience is preferred. Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Daytime Bell Person (Full Time)
He/she will assist guests with their luggage and will distribute all guest faxes and special deliveries. He/she will also drive the hotel shuttle, will be responsible for taking, preparing and delivering room service orders and will patrol the hotel and its grounds throughout their shift. Guest Service Agent (F/T) (1)
Responsible for checking guests in/out in a friendly and courteous manner while ensuring all of the guests' expectations are exceeded. Also responsible for answering all external and internal calls in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Must have excellent verbal communication skills to include speaking clearly and in a professional tone of voice. He/she will also assist guests with special requests and concierge services. Previous hotel experience is preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Housekeeping Supervisor (Full Time)
The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist the Housekeeping Managers in the effective management and direction of the Housekeeping staff to include Turndown Attendants, Laundry Attendants and House person by providing quality service to the guest and excellent leadership to the associates. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years Housekeeping experience. He/she must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus but is not mandatory. He/she must be able to work nights and weekends, as this position is primarily nights.
